For activating Malwarebytes , open Malwarebytes and then click on activate license in the top right hand corner of the program. Enter your key into the license key field and look for the green check mark to appear . You could also have a license ID. Check the box next to my license ID, once you enter your license ID a green mark will appear. Once all the required information has been entered click activate license. Your activation is complete.

If Malwarebytes Anti-malware won’t install then you’ve probably got malware or the effects of malware on the computer. Follow the steps :

Before saving Malwarebytes Anti-malware or any of your security programs, rename them first.

 Once you have clicked to a download link you will see a Save dialog.
 Change file name mbam-setup.exe to explorer.exe or any other name with .exe
 Then click on Save and save it to your desktop.
 Double Click explorer to install the application.
 You need turn on “show file extensions for known file types” before doing it.
 Click Start, then click Computer
 This will open a Computer screen.
 Click to Organize and select Folder and Search options
 After the new window appears select the View tab.
 Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types and press the Apply button and then the OK button. Now your computer is configured to show file extensions for known file types.
 Right-click on an installation file (mbam-setup.exe for Malwarebytes Anti-malware) and select Rename.
 Next, replace .exe extension with .bat, .com, .pif, or .scr .
 Press Enter and then double-click on it to run.
